Professional Experience
5-8 years Proven experience in procurement, contracts, and supply chain management
Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is preferred

Indirect Procurement Management
|
- Manage end-to-end procurement of services, annual maintenance contracts, and indirect materials in line with business requirements
- Develop and execute RFQs/RFPs, including technical and commercial evaluations
- Negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings and value optimization
- Ensure timely PR-to-PO cycle completion and efficient vendor onboarding

Contract Management
|
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including transport, janitorial, canteen, horticulture, civil, engineering, and administrative services
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts, including SLAs and compliance requirements
- Monitor contractor performance against agreed KPIs
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations in a timely manner

Scrap & Revenue Management
|
- Lead scrap sales strategy and execution across plant and project areas
- Identify and monetize obsolete, surplus, and scrap materials
- Conduct transparent bidding processes to maximize value realization
- Coordinate with stakeholders for material identification, segregation, and disposal
- Ensure compliance and proper documentation for all scrap transactions

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement and contract activities
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure service delivery as per agreed SLAs
- Resolve commercial and operational issues with vendors/contractors efficiently

Financial & Cost Control
|
- Monitor budgets and ensure procurement within approved financial limits
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
- Track spend and optimize cost structures
- Support internal and external audits with proper documentation

Compliance & Risk Management
|
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Enforce HSE compliance across all contracts and contractor activities
- Identify potential risks in procurement and contracts
- Implement mitigation strategies to minimize operational and financial risks
