Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory management, or a similar role.
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Material Management, Logistics, or a relevant discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP MM / ERP inventory systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems/SAP MM.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure physical inventory matches system records.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies and support internal/external inventory audits.
  • Ensure proper warehouse organization, material storage, labeling, housekeeping, and space utilization.
  • Drive warehouse safety initiatives, including HSE audits, TBTs, near-miss/incident closure, and safety action tracking.
  • Ensure safe unloading, handling, storage, and movement of materials in compliance with HSE standards.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment inspection and certification records and coordinate third-party inspections.
  • Act as custodian of Warehouse SOPs/WOPs and ensure their implementation, review, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and facilitate warehouse-related training and awareness sessions.
  • Support execution of new warehouse projects by coordinating MOC, risk assessments, approvals, and vendors.
  • Manage gate-pass procedures and monitor CCTV controls to safeguard inventory against loss, damage, or theft.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, HSE, Operations, Internal Audit, vendors, and contractors for smooth warehouse operations.
