Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Operations Management
Manage end‑to‑end TA operations including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and maintaining accurate records in Success factors -
Recruitment Drives Across Divisions
Plan, organize, and execute recruitment drives for multiple business units, coordinating assessments, interviews, logistics, candidate flow, and post‑event reporting. -
Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics
Develop, maintain, and enhance TA dashboards and recruitment reports using Excel, Power BI, or internal systems. Ensure data accuracy and timely dissemination of weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates. -
Insights & Decision Support for Senior Management
Analyze recruiting metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, funnel ratios, cost, etc.) to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. -
System Configuration & Usage
Configure, update, and optimize Talent Acquisition modules within the ATS/HRIS. Manage workflows, user access, templates, requisition setups, and ensure system hygiene and compliance with internal standards. -
Compliance, Documentation & Post‑Hire Audit
Conduct thorough audits of post‑hire documentation, verify compliance with recruitment policies, and ensure complete and accurate hiring files for internal and external audits. -
Candidate & Stakeholder Experience Management
Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates, hiring managers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure strong stakeholder experience. -
Continuous Process Improvement
Identify operational gaps, recommend improvements, and help drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, system usability, and overall TA service delivery.
