Overall Responsibilities :

•    To achieve a sales plan for the respective area by operating safely, developing a strategy for achievement of the sales plan, and effective dealer management, while supervising and mentoring the team towards the achievement of objectives.

•    Achieve HSE objectives assigned by management and introduce initiatives that can contribute to the betterment of the overall HSE environment of the organization.

•    Achieve annual assigned Urea, Phosphates & NP Plus volumes for designated area.

•    Ensure effective dealer network management.

•    Provide analytical support to ZSM and zonal team, if required

•    Develop effective sales projections and inventory management at the area level while coordinating the same with the distribution department.

•    Provide market intelligence to supervisor and sales HO.

•    Oversee proper placement of POS/merchandising material.

 

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience- previous experience in Sales will be preferred

 

Education: BBA/MBA/Equivalent
