Supervisor - RMBS

- RMBS Operations & Inventory Management: Supervise daily loading, unloading, receiving, issuance, housekeeping, and capacity utilization of bulk raw materials across RMBS and CO-16/17, ensuring accurate records, optimal resource utilization, and uninterrupted operations.

- HSE & Work Permit Compliance: Ensure safe execution of all RMBS activities through daily safety talks, near-miss reporting, audit compliance, timely closure of safety actions, and monitoring of work permits by qualified personnel, with a focus on achieving zero TRIR.

- Equipment, Weighbridge & Stock Verification: Oversee payloader and excavator operations, maintain operational checklists, coordinate biannual physical stock-weighing exercises and quarterly third-party stock estimations through SGS, and conduct regular weighbridge deadweight checks in coordination with I&E.

- Operational Planning & Continuous Improvement: Manage daily USL requirements, plan equipment and labour resources, coordinate urea fine opening activities, and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, material handling, and workplace safety.
