Job Title: Senior System Supervisor


Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field, with 7–10 years of relevant experience. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed, conduct safety audits, and make sure work by technicians and contractors is done safely and in compliance with standards.

  • Manage IT security, network systems (LAN/WAN), CCTV setups, and ensure all systems meet company and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide technical support, respond to incidents on time, and coordinate with IT teams in Karachi and other departments.

  • Manage IT budgets, monitor monthly costs, support audits, and follow procurement and governance processes.

  • Train and guide NMPTs and technicians, support their development, and conduct performance reviews.

  • Lead IT projects by designing reliable systems, maintaining cost control, ensuring safe execution, and keeping good housekeeping during work.

  • Maintain required quality documents and follow QSM/QSP procedures in all work activities.

  • Keep improving technical knowledge and stay updated on new technologies to enhance overall system performance.
