Role Overview
Drive safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant’s electrical systems by leading maintenance, reliability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives, aligned with Engro Fertilizers’ operational excellence and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance of HT/LT systems, Transformers, Switchgear, MCCs, Motors, UPS & Generators.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical faults, establish root cause and ensure quick system restoration.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, SOPs, and maintain CMMS records.
- Conduct design engineering, proposal reviews and prepare contracting out packages
- Support projects, revamps, and plant modifications; review SLDs, protection schemes, cable schedules, and specifications.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, and interface with OEMs, vendors, and EPC contractors.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, IEC/IEEE codes, PTW, LOTO, grounding, and arc-flash safety practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage engineers, supervisors, technicians, and contractor workforce.

Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E. Electrical Engineering ( Power Systems preferred)
- 4–8 years industrial experience in maintenance role
- PEC registration preferred
