Senior Officer Community Relations

Requirements: Graduate in Social Sciences or an equivalent discipline with 9 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years in community engagement,

CSR, social development, or stakeholder management roles. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support CSR Help Desk operations, including recruitment facilitation for eligible local candidates and resolution of community concerns.
  • Maintain and manage databases related to local employment, grievances, workforce monitoring, and community engagement activities.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and audits of community infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare fortnightly and monthly reports on CSR initiatives, grievance management, local employment, and community development activities.
  • Coordinate with Village Organizations for identification, assessment, and implementation of Village Improvement Program projects.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, social contract signings, project monitoring, and successful handover of community development schemes.
  • Support media and communication activities while ensuring effective community relations and conflict resolution.
