- Ensure all operations done safely
- Market development of Engro Fertilizer all brands
- Assist TSO in execution of Technical Services plan through ongoing seminars, Farmer Meetings, Workshops, collection of soil samples, BTL and one to one discussion with farmers.
- Assist TSO in installation of fertilizer demonstrations / trails and ongoing Field days.
- Maintain contact with progressive farmers of his territory and provide advisory services to them, connecting them to Engro fertilizer brands.
- Assist TSO in developing and maintaining farmer data.
- Achieve Sales Plan of All products of Markaz
- Branding & Merchandizing of All Engro Products at Markaz
- Ensure good realtioning with Govt. Agri Department & Plan MD activities with collaboration of Govt Agri department.
