Deputy Manager - Electrical

Location: Qadirpur Site

Requirements:
BE / ME in Electrical Engineering with minimum 7 years of electrical maintenance experience in power plants or petrochemical industries, with hands-on expertise in gas/steam turbine generators, transformers, GIS, switchgears, circuit breakers, protection relays, and HV/MV motors.

Job Summary:

The position is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operations of the plant’s electrical systems through the development and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies. The role leads electrical maintenance activities, shutdown planning, system upgrades, and capital projects while ensuring compliance with HSE, PSM, environmental, and quality management standards. The incumbent drives equipment reliability through audits, root cause analysis, SAP-based maintenance management, and stewardship of safety-critical electrical assets. Additionally, it provides leadership in developing team capabilities through training, coaching, and performance management.
