Job Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years of overall experience, with at least 1 year in a core HSE function.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the road safety program for tool car users and motorcyclists (Engro Field Assistants), which includes arranging defensive driving training, driving assessments, and issuing monthly driver behavior monitoring reports. Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders, including the National Highways and Motorway Police (NH&MP), and vehicle tracking companies.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the HSE Management Information System (VelocityEHS). Support teams in resolving any issues. Share VelocityEHS utilization status with the teams and follow up with them for timely closure of HSE reports and Action items.
- Coordinate with relevant departments/zones to compile monthly inputs for carbon footprint data, perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy, and support teams in timely reporting of the data in the VelocityEHS.
- Manage the monthly HSE KPI reporting, which includes collecting inputs from all zones and departments, conducting quality checks to ensure data accuracy, and compiling monthly KPI Scores.
- Manage the HSE Statistics dashboard for the Marketing Division and calculate lagging indicators on monthly basis. Report the statistics to Group HSE and Manufacturing HSE as per requirement.
- Compile and issue monthly HSE Statistics reports covering HSE KPI scores and Lagging Indicators, open and overdue actions, incident trends, etc.
- Prepare and communicate Learning from Incidents (LFI) and HSE flyers as needed.
- Update the Engro Muhafiz Dashboard and share monthly/quarterly status reports.
- Support the HSE Manager in incident investigations, risk assessments, and first-party audits.
- Support the teams in developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Dupont PSM program and Engro Corp HSE framework, local laws, and international standards.Compliance to internationally benchmarked WWF Green Office.
- IFA "Protect & Sustain" program, which is product stewardship initiative of International Fertilizer Association (IFA).
