VMS Officer

Location: Head Office

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration/management or social sciences. Certification related to Supply Chain, SAP.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the vendor pre-qualification process.

• Oversee vendor enlistment in SAP and Ariba through MDM.

• Conduct and manage vendor due diligence at the time of enlistment.

• Maintain vendor performance evaluation forms received from end users.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and accuracy of vendor data in SAP and Ariba systems.

• Manage the Ariba vendor enlistment help desk, primarily supporting local vendors.

• Communicate timely with key stakeholders regarding vendor de-listing, re-enlistment, and blacklisting.

• Monitor supplier performance to support optimal business operations.

• Create vendor records and manage vendor categorization within the system.

• Track and report active and inactive vendors.

• Analyze vendor non-participation trends during multiple bidding cycles.

• Coordinate with local and national unregistered vendors to facilitate registration with SRB and GST.

• Ensure vendor compliance with applicable regulations, standards, internal SOPs, and legal requirements.

• Monitor market intelligence, trends, and developments to support vendor selection decisions.
