Performance Indicators

1. Daily reporting of all bank balances to group treasury

The balances of active bank accounts associated to an entity should be sent by 11am daily

2. Execution of RTGS as requested by Group Treasury Team

RTGS should be successfully executed by 3.30pm daily

1. Recording, reconciliation and reporting of all investment transactions and bank profit

• Placement and redemption of investment should be done on real time basis.
• Investment sheet from GT team should serve as a basis
• Workings for profit/mark up should be checked independently before entering in the system

1. Monthly Closing of each assigned entity

Recording of month end accruals, markup and loan repayments payment of commission + other recurring fee and recording & reporting in SAP

2. External Group relationship management

Managing strong relationship with external parties and internal stakeholders across the group

1. Management of bank accounts

• Opening bank accounts
• Closing the existing bank accounts
• Addition/deletion of bank signatories
• Access to online bank portals
• Dividend payments

2. Fulfilling the requirements of external audit (half yearly and year end audit)

• Working in close collaboration with GT team to fulfill the external audit requirements that mainly focus on investments letter (placement + redemption), bank statements, entity specific disclosures
