  1. Plan, organize and direct the Regional Sales Organization through Area Sales Managers to achieve the regional product sales objectives in an ethical and cost-effective manner.
  2. Forecast stock levels and outlooks on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure outlook accuracy.
  3. Achieve given market share targets.
  4. Execute Sales & Marketing Strategy, assessment of market situation, competitive strengths and weaknesses, governmental policies and decision affecting fertilizer sales and agriculture.
