Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, Criminology, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in CCTV surveillance, security operations, command & control center, or monitoring systems.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage CCTV, RFID, and AI-enabled surveillance systems to ensure accurate recording, data management, and uninterrupted security operations.
- Implement and ensure compliance with Surveillance SOPs, SHMS standards, and security directives issued by the Manager Security.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of surveillance data, preventing unauthorized access to CCTV recordings and server systems.
- Continuously monitor security conditions across work sites, offices, and residential areas, providing timely reports and alerts through the Site Surveillance System.
- Conduct preliminary investigations into theft, fraud, sabotage, and other security incidents, and prepare factual reports for management.
- Coordinate closely with site teams and maintain effective liaison with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) during routine operations, contingency drills, emergencies, and security exercises.
- Utilize AI-enabled surveillance tools to monitor security situations, identify potential threats, and ensure timely system updates based on operational changes.
