Requirements:

Bachelors in Commerce or any related 2 years degree with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Job Summary:

  • Support community engagement initiatives for resettlement villages, including handling grievances and addressing community needs through an integrated approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a positive and sustainable working environment.
  • Conduct household surveys, verify beneficiary data, and finalize master lists for resettlement beneficiaries.
  • Facilitate consent agreements with communities and individuals for cash compensation and ensure smooth processing of payments.
  • Assist in grievance redressal by coordinating with communities and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure verification of annual compensation beneficiaries, including handling documentation for claims and disbursement of payments.
  • Actively participate in and support organization of social, cultural, and sports events within the community.
  • Facilitate livelihood opportunities for resettlement residents through coordination with CSR and relevant departments.
  • Support hiring of skilled and unskilled individuals from resettlement communities by maintaining coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain and update databases of employed and unemployed youth in resettlement villages.
  • Identify deserving individuals for grant support and assist in facilitating financial or developmental aid.
  • Encourage and guide youth toward skill development initiatives and training programs to enhance employability.
