This is a contractual position

Location: Thar Site - SECMC

Requirements: BCom/BA with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

The role is responsible to supervise the labour affairs / industrial relations and to ensure that all stakeholders and counterparts are compliant with applicable labour laws, company policies, procedures, rules & regulation and code of conduct, in letter and spirit. To keep abreast with the changes in labour laws, supervise counterparts in LD, SESSI and EOBI matters. Establishing and maintaining IR strategies and initiatives to meet organizational objectives and to uphold cordial industrial relations between management staff and contractor for smooth functioning of operations. Moreover to keep a pulse check among the drivers about industrial affairs. To generate report with respect to IR operations.

Collect and compile Quaterly IR Reports (as defined) from all SPs based at Block II

Deal and maintain grievance/complaint handling procedure/matters at SECMC site

Monitor and follow up on conclusion of disciplinary matters at SECMC site

Keep a pulse check among drivers about industrial affairs

Regulatory compliance & follow ups with all SPs based at Block II

Wellbeing Audit Drivers Camp & Mine Site

SPs Systems and Records Management

Timely chipping in to the disciplinary matters of labour with SP and handling as per legal compliance. Proceed charge sheet/ show cause, inquiry proceedings and disciplinary actions on misconducts

Follow ups on payrolls / payments of wages to all SPs

To attend TBTs/De-levels randomly for interacting labour

To upkeep all relevant IR records (i.e. EOBI/SESSI/GLI/Employee Data of SPs) at Site office.
