Deputy Manager Org Design
Job Summary:
The Deputy Manager – Organizational Design will support initiatives related to organization design, restructuring, and job evaluation. The role will contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness by ensuring structures, roles, and capabilities are aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in organization design and restructuring projects to improve efficiency and support business goals.
• Conduct end-to-end job evaluations and analyses to maintain internal equity and market alignment.
• Collaborate with business leaders to review current structures and propose enhancements where required.
• Develop and maintain role profiles, job descriptions, and job families across functions.
• Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects.
• Conduct organizational diagnostics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in organization design, job evaluation (preferably with Hay methodology), and restructuring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- High intellectual agility and the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
- Excellent presentation-making skills, with the ability to distill insights into executive-ready decks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in HR would be an added advantage.
- 4– 6 years of relevant experience in HR, Org Development, or Consulting roles
