Deputy Manager Mechanical
Location: Thar Site
Requirement: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of the Deputy Manager Mechanical, is to ensure the effective and efficient management of all project-related activities, planning processes, and execution as per standards. This includes leading project team, vendors and coordinating with process engineering, operations, maintenance and HSE to guarantee safety, compliance, and optimal performance during project execution. Additionally, this role is to develop project plans, timelines and manage budgets for project success. Furthermore, it is also required to oversee that contractor’s team is aligned with our standards, carryout the project as per approved scope and keeping track of the progress.
Project Engineering:
Oversee the creation of project specifications, design documents, and technical drawings. Ensure that all engineering work complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering solutions into broader project plans. Oversee and ensure completion of project execution, mainly mechanical projects.
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and assign tasks. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain communication with stakeholders. Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
Mechanical Designing & Execution:
Review the mechanical designs and layouts, focusing on mechanical structure, piping, plumbing, and other mechanical systems. Also ensure to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical solutions within overall project designs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, consultants, and contractors to execute projects as per the approved scope, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion. Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle, including progress reports, approvals, and budget tracking.
