Key Accountability

Performance Indicators

Support execution of ICT network projects across all SECMC locations.

Timely coordination with site teams; complete documentation; adherence to SECMC project protocols.

Assist in managing ICT Network related contracts, Projects, and renewals.

Contract database updated; renewals notified before expiry; escalations shared with Deputy Manager timely.

Monitor vendor service levels and operational performance.

SLA tracking reports prepared; issues escalated; vendor response time maintained.

Budget planning for network related projects and procurement processes.

Accurate specifications provided; comparative statements prepared; procurement of documentation error-free.

Operate and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, VPN).

Network uptime maintained; maintenance logs updated; proactive monitoring implemented.

Perform Level 1 & Level-2 troubleshooting of network issues.

Reduced downtime; timely issue resolution; accurate incident reports.

Ensure availability of ICT services at all SECMC offices/sites.

24/7 monitoring dashboards updated; risk alerts escalated; minimal service interruptions.

Maintain ICT network documentation and configuration control.

Updated network diagrams; accurate asset inventory; proper logging of configuration changes.

Support information and network security initiatives and closures of audit points

Firewall rule updates after approval; vulnerability remediation completed; patching schedules followed. Timely closures of RA/Internal Audits and other observations

Provide technical assistance to SECMC employees (on-site & remote).

High ticket closure rates; positive end-user feedback; timely escalation on critical incidents.

Ensure compliance with SECMC ICT policies, cybersecurity protocols, and HSE guidelines.

Frequent compliance checks; adherence to HSE permits; policy implementation supported.

Conduct awareness and safety training for ICT Network operations.

User awareness sessions scheduled; safety audits supported; updated ICT safety SOPs followed.

Professional Experience

 3 to 4 years of experience in managing the network infrastructure and ICT network services services

Education & Technical Qualifications*

 Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
