Performance Indicators

Provide functional support to SAP FICO and FM module.

Timely and accurate resolution of SAP FICO and FM support issues ensuring stable financial operations and user satisfaction.

Delivered end-to-end support to analyse and resolve SAP FI document parking and posting issues.

Resolve issues related to account determination, posting periods, tax, and authorizations.

Quick and accurate resolution of SAP FI posting and parking issues.

Implement and maintain financial controls (validations, substitutions, tolerance limits etc)

Effective implementation and maintenance of financial controls to ensure zero observation in SAP Audits

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Accurate specifications provided; comparative statements prepared; procurement of documentation error-free.

Support PR/PO, invoice, and FI postings impacting FM updates.

Resolved FM-related errors during PR, PO, invoice, and FI postings.

Minimize FM posting errors impacting PR, PO, invoice, and FI transactions.

Configure and support SAP Funds Management (FM) including budget structure and budget checks.

Accurate configuration and effective support of SAP FM to ensure correct budget structures and successful budget checks.

Perform testing, coordinate with business users, and support audit and compliance requirements.

Maintain compliance and audit readiness through effective testing and stakeholder coordination.

Support SAP project delivery and successful transition to public cloud environment.

Support timely and successful SAP projects delivery and achieve a smooth transition to the public cloud.

Develop and maintain SAP functional and technical documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date SAP documentation to support operations, audits, and user training

Professional Experience

3 to 4 years of experience in FM/FICO functional support and implementation

SAP FICO or FM Certification

Education & Technical Qualifications*

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (CS, CE, IT, or Business Administration)
