- Assist in the planning and execution of reward and compensation projects (e.g., salary reviews, bonus cycles, incentive programs).
- Support market benchmarking activities by analyzing salary surveys and industry trends.
- Maintain and update compensation databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations related to compensation and benefits.
- Assist in the development and communication of reward policies and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant labor laws.
