- Execute sourcing activities for technical and non technical service contracts, including RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, contract awards, and purchase order issuance in line with procurement policies.
- Manage the end to end procurement lifecycle for technical, operational, and support service contracts, ensuring commercial compliance, timely execution, and uninterrupted business operations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop scopes of work, technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and sourcing strategies for maintenance, operations, and corporate service requirements.
- Administer supplier performance, contract compliance, amendments, and commercial documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Identify value creation opportunities through competitive sourcing, contract optimization, market analysis, and demand consolidation while balancing cost, risk, and service quality.
- Maintain procurement KPIs, contract trackers, savings reports, and sourcing documentation, while supporting continuous improvement across the Plant Services portfolio.
