Position: Officer Maintenance
Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical or related with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Description:
- Assist in ensuring reliability, efficiency, and safe operation of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant machinery and utilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support smooth plant operations.
- Implement and comply with site HSE standards, safety procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
- Support shutdown activities, emergency maintenance, and supervision of contractor manpower.
- Coordinate with Operations and I&E teams for maintenance planning and execution.
- Monitor PM plans, backlog activities, and timely closure of work orders in CMMS/SAP.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
- Conduct inspections and ensure maintenance work meets quality standards and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through efficient use of materials and resources.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance technical capabilities.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a proactive approach toward departmental objectives.
