Location: Thar Site
Requirements: Two year graduate degree with 1 to 2 years of field experience. Only candidates from Tharparkar will be considered.
Responsibility:
- Develop, revise and execute HSE policies for Thar Foundation.
- Drafting, reviewing and updating health safety and environmental policies and procedures based on organizational standards.
- Conducting regular safety inspections and audits of facilities, equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist supervisors and employees on health safety and environmental matters.
- Develop monthly MSA plan and ensure its compliance.
- Collect manhours, training hours data on a fortnightly basis and present to management.
- Conducting regular inspections and risk assessments of the workplace to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
- Conduct fire safety, natural disasters rescue sessions for communicty on regular basis.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to health safety and environmental activities including incident reports, inspection records and training records.
- Make proper reports for management as per requirement.
