Position: Territory Sales Officer - Contractual

Location: Mirpurkhas

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure operations as per Engro Fertilizers HSE policies and standards.
• Maintain compliance with Engro Fertilizers procedures, policies, and ethical standards.
• Ensure that the sales targets for all brands/products are met as per plan.
• Develop and maintain an efficient and effective farmer network through regular farmer contacts and effective communication to maximize Sales and achieve planned Market shares.
• Provide timely feedback on the market situation, sales outlooks, competitor’s activities, and product pricing.
• Establish farmer contact as per the agreed plan through various activities.
• Ensure consumption of the product as per agreed conversion and retention targets.
• Provide support to RSM in developing sales strategy for the area.
