Manager national warehousing

Provide strategic leadership for the national warehousing network, overseeing 350+ warehouse locations across Pakistan to ensure operational excellence, network optimization, and alignment with business and supply chain objectives.

Lead workforce planning and organizational capability development for a large, geographically dispersed workforce, driving productivity, talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.

Own inventory governance and control frameworks, ensuring inventory accuracy, robust stock stewardship, effective risk management, and compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.

Champion safety, compliance, and operational risk management across all warehousing operations by embedding a strong EHS culture and ensuring adherence to regulatory, legal, and company standards.

Drive warehousing transformation and stakeholder value creation through cost optimization, digitalization, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance service levels and business performance.
