Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business, Master's is preferred. Strong understanding of operational KPIs, cost management and contractor dynamics is essential. Must have atleast 10 years of relevant experience in performance management systems, data analytics and cost monitoring.

Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management & Operational Excellence

•            Develop and institutionalize structured performance review cycles (monthly, quarterly).

•            Lead end-to-end tracking and reporting of KPIs across functions.

•            Facilitate monthly and quarterly performance reviews with department heads and LT.

•            Identify performance gaps / variance and facilitate cross-functional interventions and improvement projects.

•            Develop and deploy continuous improvement tools and frameworks.

2. Business Analysis & Decision Support

•            Provide insights and analytics to leadership to support operational and commercial decisions.

•            Create dashboards, scorecards, and visualization tools to monitor performance and flag deviations.

•            Conduct scenario modeling, trend analysis, and predictive reporting.

3. Cost Efficiency & Variance Monitoring

•            Coordinate with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to track and analyze key cost drivers.

•            Lead variance analysis for operational costs vs approved tariffs.

•            Recommend and track cost-saving initiatives across the value chain.

4. Institutionalize Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

•            Provide end-to-end visibility and control across the demand-supply-finance continuum.

•            Assist management in scenario-based decision-making that is forward-looking and insight-driven.

•            Ensure tighter collaboration between commercial, technical, and financial stakeholders, resulting in synchronized execution.
