Manager Business Development

Designation : Manager Business Development 

Key Responsibilities :

• Deep understanding of agri-inputs industry, fertilizer market dynamics, and emerging trends (e.g. biofertilizers, climate-smart agriculture)
• Ability to assess new business opportunities, develop feasibility models, and evaluate ROI and risk.
• Proven experience in market scanning, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Ability to interpret macroeconomic indicators, policy shifts (e.g. subsidies, regulations), and trade flows to guide business direction.
• Exposure to M&A, JV evaluations, or partnership development is a plus.
• Firsthand experience of business development from idea conceptualisation to execution.

Education : Bachelors/Masters preferably in Agriculture

Experience : 7 to 12 years
