Maintenance Stationary Supervisor

Designation: Maintenance Stationary Supervisor

Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE Mechanical).

Minimum required experience: 10 years.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict compliance with site HSE policies and standards, with strong familiarity in Process Safety Management (PSM) principles and the development of Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance activities within the assigned area, including planned, corrective, and breakdown maintenance, as well as turnaround jobs, ensuring alignment with defined Maintenance KPIs.
• Manage area technicians, including leave planning, task allocation, performance monitoring, trade apprentice training, and participation in the recruitment and selection process.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance of Ammonia and Urea Plant equipment, such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks, columns, and piping fabrication / repairs.
• Serve as custodian of equipment job plans, ensuring timely updates, incorporation of new plans where required, and oversight of spare parts inspection, ordering, and introduction.
• Maintain and improve shop (shack) area housekeeping, upkeep, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support area engineers in conducting reliability studies, root cause analyses, and internal/external audits (PSM, EMS, etc.), while ensuring adherence to the approved maintenance budget.
