Job Summary - Maintenance Engineer

Engro Fertilizers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team and support the reliability and performance of our fertilizer manufacturing facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance activities across rotating and stationary equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

The role requires strong technical expertise in mechanical systems, hands-on problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to equipment health and reliability. The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will collaborate with operations, inspection, reliability, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement, reduce equipment downtime, and enhance asset performance while ensuring compliance with Engro's maintenance standards, safety protocols, and operational excellence practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and execute mechanical maintenance tasks on pumps, compressors, turbines, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, piping systems, and other plant equipment.
* Drive equipment reliability through condition monitoring, root cause analysis, and implementation of engineering improvements.
* Ensure high-quality maintenance execution with strict adherence to HSE, engineering standards, and Engro Fertilizers' maintenance procedures.
* Support maintenance planning and scheduling by preparing job scopes, work packs, BOMs, and technical documentation.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including operations teams, contractors, OEMs, and inspection departments.

Experience: 3-7 years of experience in similar position with a reputable organization
