Job Title: Senior Machinery Engineer-EPCL

Job Purpose:Machinery engineer is responsible for safe and reliable operation of all machinery facilities and equipment at site as per his assigned area/unit. His role covers development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance plans, job planning and execution, timely incident reporting and submission of detail investigation reports, ensuring minimum downtime on plant equipment, planning for shutdown and forecasting annual budgets. He works in coordination with the UMs / SH / SICs to ensure smooth functioning of the manufacturing site and to achieve corporate as well as departmental objectives.

Overall Responsibilities:To ensure reliable plant operation by coordinating, monitoring and planning of all rotating equipment maintenance activities.Individual should be well versed on Pumps, Compressors, Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Heavy Vertical and Horizontal Agitators, Large FD/ID Fans, Centrifuges, Metering/Dosing pumps, Screw/belts Conveyors, bearings, Transmission, Dynamic Seals etc.Individual should have good understanding of Shaft Alignment, Measurements, Fits & Tolerances.Individual must have excellent troubleshooting and RCA skills.Experience on budgeting and estimation of annual maintenance activities.Planning & Execution of Turnaround/ Shutdown – Involves scope identification, resource planning, material procurement, timeline & quality management, etc.Development of long-term overhauling and aged equipment inspections and replacement plan as per OEM recommendation, failure history and business risk matrix.Manage People development through training and developmentIndividual should have experience of CMMS Software preferably SAPIndividual should be aware of safety standards such as OSHA, DuPont, Occupational health & industrial hygiene.Individual should be aware of Technical Codes and Standards ASME, ASTM, ISO, API, etc.

Experience requirements:Mechanical Engineer with 5-8 years of relevant experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or Fertilizer
