We are looking for a hands-on project resource to support and drive initiatives within our B2C (Markaz) business. This role requires someone who can work independently with data, extract actionable insights, and support execution on-ground while maintaining a strong analytical lens. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, numbers, and problem-solving, and is open to field exposure to deeply understand farmer and dealer dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Data & Analysis
- Analyze B2C datasets (sales, farmer behavior, penetration, performance) to generate actionable insights
- Track KPIs, performance metrics, and project milestones
- Develop Excel-based reports, dashboards, and summaries for stakeholders
- Project Support & Execution
- Support planning and execution of B2C initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tech/digital, sales, supply chain, operations, marketing)
- Assist in piloting, scaling, and optimizing on-ground initiatives
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure
- Ground-Level Understanding
- Conduct field visits to understand dealer, farmer and competition realities
- Translate ground learnings into structured insights and recommendations
- Problem Solving & Optimization
- Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks
- Apply critical thinking to recommend practical, implementable solutions
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, basic analysis functions)
- Ability to analyze numbers and convert them into insights
- Solid understanding of B2C business dynamics
- Can-do attitude with the ability to hit the ground running
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing requirements
