Key Responsibilties :
 
•Finalize right product pricing that ensures achievement of planned margins, volume targets and market share
•Responsible to ensure to availability of products (direct marketing and raw material) as per sales demand
•Developing & Executing Marketing Strategy of the Specialty Products in collaboration with Brands
•Responsible for ensuring the Business continues to perform within the approved Fixed Cost
•Preparing way forward to achieve the committed Annual Profitability (PAT) of the three business units – Zabardast Urea, Zarkhez & Potash
•Ensuring that the Sales Operations are executed as per well defined SOPs
•Developing the Business Plan and launch of the New Specialty Products cleared through R&D
•Improve the farmer connect program to increase the penetration of Engro’s products and services
•Leverage technology to improve the operational efficiency of the sales team in collaboration with CE team
 
Key Deliverables:
•PAT Achievement – Zabardast Urea, Zarkhez, Potash & B2C
•Achievement of Contribution Margin of Business – Zabardast Urea, Zarkhez, Potash & B2C
•Achievement of Annual Sales Plan – Zabardast Urea, Zarkhez, Potash & B2C
•Right and Timely Pricing of the Product that is in line with Planned Contribution Margin and Premiums
•Timely and cost-efficient availability of all imported products and raw material
•Quality Execution of the Marketing Activities of the products
 
Experience : 8 - 10 years of relevant experience
 
Education : Bachelors/Masters (preferbaly in marketing)
