Job Purpose

This Position will be managing general procurement ordering SAP & Ariba support team in system maintenance, audits, change In configuration along with managing procurement of local and imported goods / material & Services, coordination with all stakeholders for complete procurement cycle.

• Identify, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers for goods and services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure cost-effective and reliable procurement solutions.
• Ensure product and service quality through effective supplier performance management and quality control practices.
• Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including sourcing, logistics, transportation, customs clearance, and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, ERP processes, industry standards, import/export regulations, and legal requirements.
• Manage end-to-end VMS (Vendor Management System) process through proper utilization of Ariba-SLP & SPM Module.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support business continuity and operational efficiency.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality, service, and compliance standards.
• Lead and develop the procurement team to meet organizational objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting in accordance with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards, security protocols, government regulations, and other applicable external guidelines.
• Build and maintain mechanism of Framework Agreement and Long-Term contracts with the vendors.

• Supervise, train, and set goals for the General procurement section team while enforcing company policies and compliance.
• Lead and work closely about the scope management with the Cross Functional Collaboration to ensure procurement requirements align with overarching business goals.
