Job Description – Manager (M3) Business Development, PVC Downstream
Role Overview
The Manager (M3) Business Development will lead efforts to grow PVC resin consumption and develop new downstream markets. The role involves working closely with customers, government departments, and internal teams to drive innovation, product development, and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new PVC downstream products by conducting techno-commercial feasibilities for local manufacturing.
- Drive year-on-year market growth of 4,000 MT through focused market development initiatives and strategic planning.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to increase resin sales and expand market reach through new product introductions.
- Collaborate with government departments such as PHEDs, WASAs, Irrigation, and Housing to introduce PVC-based infrastructure solutions.
- Provide strategic direction to the Technical Services team on market expansion, customer diversification, and technical capability-building programs.
Ideal Profile
- 8–10 years of experience in business development, industrial marketing, or strategic growth roles.
- Strong understanding of the construction and PVC downstream industry.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
