To lead the integrated HR strategy across the Talent, Capability, and Employee Experience pillars. This role governs the frameworks for leadership pipelines, functional skill development, and organizational health, ensuring people processes are standardized and aligned with long-term business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters in HR/Business Administration/Org. Psychology.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience leading integrated HR strategy across talent, capability development, and employee experience .
