Human Resources Business Partner - EPQL

Requirements:

Bachelors in HR/Business Administration/Org. Psychology degree from a reputable university with at least 7 years of HR experience.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Assisting in partnering with the Energy team to develop business strategies and align the HR strategy for each business segment accordingly.
• Providing full staffing support to EPQL team by assessing talent in coordination with the Talent Development team.
• Executing succession planning exercises.
• Executing Performance Management Systems are timely completed & spirit of the system is maintained.
• Planning & Managing headcount and updating departmental structures in line with the agreed manpower plan in the corporate planning exercise.
• Supporting Talent Manager and CEO in maintaining high engagement levels for the EPQL team.
• Liaise with Talent and COE team (OD, TA & Rewards) to ensure timely delivery of required business needs.
• Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the organization's human resource strategy and adapt existing current human resource programs to meet these needs.
•  Assist in the delivery of HR Strategy and contribute to institutionalization of HR policies and procedures.
• Preparation of Board packs in coordination with Finance and HR teams.
• Development of Strategic Workforce Plans.
