HSE Trainee

• Digital Systems & Document Preparation: Gain proficiency in searching for incidents, meetings, and audits within the velocity framework while compiling supporting documents/initiatives for D-Level Agendas.
• Safety Observation Rounds: Conduct regular area walkthroughs with safety officers to proactively identify unsafe acts and conditions, ensure strict Permit to Work (PTW) compliance, and complete formal safety reports.
• Emergency Response Mastery: Complete a sequential study of ERP Manuals (Sections 1 through 20) to establish a thorough baseline for corporate emergency protocols.
• Process Safety Certification: Comprehensively review PSM Manuals 1 through 22 and systematically complete the corresponding online tests (PSM 1 to 15).
• Industrial Safety Audits: Carry out rigorous, hands-on field evaluations including Contractor PPE Audits and comprehensive Rigging Equipment Audits (spanning forklifts, cranes, hoists, and cradles).
• Critical Height Protocols: Develop deep practical knowledge of work at height protocols, emergency rescue procedures, scaffolding use, and structural fall safety rules.
• Heavy Operations & Space Hazards: Study and demonstrate operational safety knowledge regarding Rigging and Lifting activities, confined space safety protocols, and associated gas hazards.
• Technical Systems & Infrastructure: Learn operational safety foundations for specialized systems, including cooling towers, basic boiler activities, fire water systems, and electrical/instrument loop checks.
• Managerial Interview Reviews: Prepare for and conduct one-on-one formal interviews with the Area Manager / SE upon the completion of specialized field exercises or procedure checks.
• Continuous Performance Evaluation: Conclude key learning milestones and monthly training blocks with structured Performance Evaluations by a Mentor to track training progress.
