Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the entire performance management cycle, ensuring timely and accurate completion of performance appraisals and development plans.
- Implement and manage performance review processes, including calibration sessions and feedback mechanisms to maintain performance standards.
- Succession Planning:
- Assist in developing and executing effective succession planning strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Maintain and update succession planning data, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
- Talent Review & Development:
- Coordinate and support Talent Review Sessions, ensuring the accuracy and comprehensiveness of data.
- Develop and implement talent development programs to identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles.
- Employee Development:
- Design and implement employee development initiatives, including training programs and career development plans, to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to identify talent needs and address skill gaps.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and employee development practices.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of performance and succession planning activities.
- Prepare and present reports on talent management metrics, including performance outcomes and succession planning effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters in HR/Business Administration/Org. Psychology.
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, and HR operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in succession planning, performance management, and employee development.
