Deputy Manager - Talent Management

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Management:
    • Oversee the entire performance management cycle, ensuring timely and accurate completion of performance appraisals and development plans.
    • Implement and manage performance review processes, including calibration sessions and feedback mechanisms to maintain performance standards.
  2. Succession Planning:
    • Assist in developing and executing effective succession planning strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
    • Maintain and update succession planning data, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
  3. Talent Review & Development:
    • Coordinate and support Talent Review Sessions, ensuring the accuracy and comprehensiveness of data.
    • Develop and implement talent development programs to identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles.
  4. Employee Development:
    • Design and implement employee development initiatives, including training programs and career development plans, to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to identify talent needs and address skill gaps.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and employee development practices.
  6. Data Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of performance and succession planning activities.
    • Prepare and present reports on talent management metrics, including performance outcomes and succession planning effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters in HR/Business Administration/Org. Psychology.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in succession planning, performance management, and employee development.
