Job Description – Deputy Manager (M2) Business Development, PVC Downstream
Role Overview
The Deputy Manager (M2) Business Development will support business growth by developing partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and executing initiatives to promote PVC downstream products in domestic and export markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess opportunities for toll manufacturing using existing industry capacities to meet market demand.
- Explore and execute export opportunities for PVC downstream products, especially in markets like the UAE.
- Develop and present commercial and financial business cases for potential investors and partners to introduce new products & new players in the market.
- Build and manage partnerships with architects, builders, developers, and interior designers to promote PVC products in private sector construction projects.
- Oversee the marketing and operational activities of thinkPVC platforms in Karachi and Lahore to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Ideal Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with an understanding of the construction or industrial materials market.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
