Assistant Manager Application Development & Data Analyst

• Application Development
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET Core and React
  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native
  • Work across the full application stack, including backend services, front-end components, and integrations
  • Enhance, debug, and optimize existing applications
• Technical & Infrastructure Support
  • Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions
  • Support application deployment and hosting activities
  • Work with applications hosted on Internet Information Services (IIS)
  • Troubleshoot application, deployment, and basic server-related issues
• Data Analysis & Business IntelligenceCollect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources including SQL databases, APIs, ERP systems (SAP), and Excel.

• • Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense to track key performance indicators.
  • Write complex SQL queries and use Python/R to perform exploratory analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Ability to learn to use new tools and languages as needed by organization

• Coordination & Communication
  • Coordinate with internal ICT teams and business stakeholders
  • Liaise with third-party vendors for application development, change, and support
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Communicate technical concepts and development processes in clear and simple language for non-technical users and customers

Mandatory Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Development Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer
  • Proficiency in .NET and .NET Core for backend development
  • Advanced Proficiency in SQL for querying and Python/R for advanced data analysis
  • Experience with React for web application development
  • Experience with React Native for mobile application development
• Tools & Development Environment
  • Hands-on experience with development tools/IDEs such as:
    • Microsoft Visual Studio
    • Visual Studio Code
    • Android Studio/Xcode
    • Power BI/QlikSense/Tableau
• Version Control
  • Working knowledge of version control systems:
    • Git and GitHub (and/or equivalent)
• Server & Hosting Knowledge
  • Understanding of web application hosting and deployment
  • Working knowledge of IIS

Education Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related IT discipline with 3 - 4 years of relevant experience.
