Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation, process optimization, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization.
- Engage with business units to understand operational needs, gather requirements, and translate them into structured business cases and BRDs for digital solutions.
- Coordinate and track digital transformation initiatives across their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, analytics reports, and management presentations to provide leadership with visibility on project progress, risks, and performance metrics.
- Liaise with ICT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation, integration, and delivery of digital solutions.
- Support management in prioritizing digital initiatives by aligning proposed projects with organizational strategy and operational requirements.
- Manage departmental digital assets, systems, and software licenses, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with organizational policies.
- Monitor and track the departmental budget related to digital initiatives, including project expenditures, licenses, and technology investments.
- Drive user adoption of digital platforms through training sessions, documentation, and continuous stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain proper documentation, governance frameworks, and performance monitoring for all digital transformation initiatives.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5 -7 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, or technology-driven initiatives.
- Exposure to change management, user adoption initiatives, and training facilitation for digital platforms or systems.
- Experience in tracking project timelines, monitoring budgets, and supporting governance frameworks is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business users, and external vendors.
