AM Technology (Applications)
- Responsible for commercial application’s overall maintenance and health, trouble shooting of application errors and provide services / support to end-users.
- This includes coordination with additional technical teams such as vendors and ICT. Collaborating with project and development teams to ensure on time rectification of bugs, incorporate new Customer requirements, and knowledge transfer for Enhancements, and deployments.
- Work closely with Technical and Business Teams to perform User Acceptance Testing of new application features and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in gamifications to enhance usage of applications
- Actively participates in providing creative designs and content for internal communications and reporting.
- Weekly / Monthly reporting of tech decks for commercial excellence applications/dashboard.
- Providing different analysis and evaluations as and when needed to improve usage and ensure data integrity
Education: BCS/MCS
Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
