Responsible to create value for its clients as the per Engro CSR framework primarily through SCI (Strategic Community Investment) and BI (Business Inclusiveness)

Responsible for coordinating with above mentioned affiliates to identify CSR opportunities of shared value, matching with funding opportunities, writing grant proposals, establishing strategic partnerships, monitoring programs, reporting back to Senior Management, troubleshooting and mitigation of issues

Responsible for managing programs through partner organizations

Responsible for identifying partners and establishing partnerships as per program needs

Is available for affiliate Admin & CSR teams to support on local community investments (eg. education, health and infrastructure and even social enterprises)

Coordinates between Engro affiliates and internal departments (Corporate Communications, HR, Legal Team etc.), partner NGOs, donors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth design, launch, implementation, monitoring and reporting of projects

Has an arm’s length link with monitoring EnVison (Engro Volunteers in Service of the Nation), corporate volunteerism targets and bringing target deficits to the attention of concerned authorities

Create volunteer opportunities for its clients so it can reach its Envison objectives

Support on creation of media and communication material like documentaries, brochures, website updates, and social media updates etc.

Work with Foundation team to support CSR image ensuring Engro is a “force of good”
