Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute digital transformation strategies to drive new business development and in the agriculture industry.

Identify and assess new digital business opportunities and market trends.

Innovation and Ideation:

Lead initiatives to identify innovative digital solutions for new business development.

Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative approaches to business challenges.

Project Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects related to new business development.

Play a lead role in Project Amazon from the Digital Transformation team.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Technology Implementation:

Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies to support new business development initiatives.

Ensure seamless integration of new digital tools and platforms with existing systems.

Market Analysis and Research:

Conduct market research to identify potential areas for digital growth and expansion.

Analyze market data and trends to inform digital strategy and business decisions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

Process Optimization:

Streamline processes and workflows through digital transformation to improve efficiency and productivity.

Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

Team Leadership and Development:

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Financial Management:

Manage budgets and financial resources for digital transformation projects.

Track and report on financial performance and return on investment of digital initiatives.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital projects.

Digital Transformation Support:

Support the Digital transformation department for all the administrative purposes.

Support the Manager Digital transformation in Marketing related projects where required.

Support GM DT in Digital transformation related initiatives.

Qualification : Bachelors in Computer Sciences/ IT or any discipline related to Technology 

Experience : 1 - 3 years
