To oversee and ensure delivery of the standalone and consolidated financial statements of Engro Corporation.

Prepare and complete ECorp statutory financial reporting to ensure that these are timely, accurate and meets all statutory requirements |
Support in compilation of reporting deliverables and circulation to the BAC 7 days prior to quarterly meetings Accounting and reporting are according to and complies with the Accounting Standards and Corporate Laws |
Key Accountabilities & Performance Indicators 2/4

Preparation and delivery of monthly financial dashboard. Highlighting any major old outstanding or BS reconciling items. |
Completion within 5 working days of the month end. |

Periodic monitoring of ECorp related Fixed Costs, Shared and Other costs and CAPEX to ensure that these remains within the approved CP |
Monthly stewarding of departmental fixed costs. Timely red-flagging areas of concern for senior management and taking corrective actions as required |
Key Accountabilities & Performance Indicators 3/4

Financial Planning: Delivery of high-quality annual Corporate Plan for standalone ECorp ensuring cost savings, expense rationalization and optimizing shared costs |
Review and challenge Fixed Costs (FC), CAPEX and shared cost recoveries of all departments for optimizing overall ECorp expenditure |

Group-wide Financial Reporting through SAP and BPC: Ensure uniform, consistent and timely monthly closing across the Engro group on BPC module in accordance with the agreed timelines. |
BPC accounts reconciled with subsidiary financials as per the agreed timelines with each subsidiary. |

Optimize OneSAP benefits by automating accounting related processes with demonstratable improvement impact on resources (in terms of time, costs, persons etc). |
Delivery of agreed initiatives. |

Coordination with external and internal auditors for timely completion of audit assignments. |
