Description:

Job purpose
• Plan, organize and coordinate all activities related to WH Function for achieving Company objectives through effective planning, product placements and customer support.
• Assist to DO for hiring of WH capacity acquisitions / de-hiring and execution of shipments & transshipments.

Key Deliverables

HSE
▪ Manage SAFE WH operations
▪ Get acquainted with HSE policy and develop understanding of EFERT standards
▪ Report all Safety incidents under his area of operation as per the given guidelines / company policy

Operational
▪ Carry out and coordinate all WH operations under compliance to EFERT policies and procedures and report to DO/ZDO for any deviation from the same
▪ Carry out operation ethically and in compliance with law of land and also keep tab on compliance of the same in his function
• Managing Inventory at WH for all  products
• Maintains Inventory of equipment and company assets.
• Maintains Inventory of Pre numbered documents and other records.
• Maintains Weekly spot check register.
• Maintains quality and quantity standards of the stored product.
• Coordinating Loading/Un loading of product.
• Maintains inventory of Empty bags at WH.
• Responsible of good housekeeping of WH
• Daily and monthly reporting to concern
• Process Handling and Watch & Ward bills
• Performs KATLA
• Keep an eye on Product Quality being received at the WH.
• Collection of WPPF data
