HSE Supervisor

Location: Thar Site

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Safety), Occupational Health, or Environmental Sciences with 5 to 7 years experience. NEBOSH certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

•            Conduct site-based risk assessments and safety inspections

•            Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations

•            Issue and monitor work permits for high-risk activities

•            Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions

•            Facilitate HSE training programs, drills, and toolbox talks

•            Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance

•            Liaise with project teams, regulatory bodies, and workers on all HSE matters

•            Support the implementation of Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

•            Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns and engagement

•            Maintain and regularly update the HSE Plan and project-specific safety procedures
