HR Business Partner - Manufacturing

Job Purpose               

  • Lead the full spectrum of HR for the manufacturing site, acting as a strategic partner to Plant Leadership while ensuring operational excellence in people processes, workforce capability, industrial relations, and culture.
  • Reporting to the GM HRBP, the role serves as the single-point HR  at site, balancing people strategy, compliance, and plant productivity imperatives

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive business performance.
  • Manage end-to-end talent lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives such as restructuring, change management, and culture-building programs.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights for decision-making and improve workforce effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws, while maintaining consistent policy implementation across the organization.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives.
  • Support learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and leadership pipeline.

Education : BBA/MBA

Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience
